- Client financial records: if you become a client, the financial information needed to provide our services, handled under our engagement agreement.
- Usage information: we do not use our own analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party services embedded on this site, such as Google Fonts and Calendly, may collect technical data (for example your IP address and browser type) under their own privacy policies.
- Calculator inputs: processed in your browser and not sent to us.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.

We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as Calendly for appointment booking, WhatsApp for enquiries you choose to send that way, and accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero for client work), with your consent, or where required by law.

6. Retention
Enquiry information is kept for up to 24 months. Client records are retained as described in the engagement agreement and as required by law.
